We ship our products via Post, UPS and via UPS Express in exceptions. Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt by us. Orders that are received from Monday to Thursday 3 p.m. will be send out on the same day if the items are in stock. Occasionally additional processing time may be necessary depending on product availability.

Shipping charges?

The delivery charges will be displayed after your login. We try to keep postage and shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically in the shop, but may in exceptional cases, be different. Such exceptions may be caused by special packaging in strong heat or cold.

Arising cost:

Air cushion envelope: 3,51 € (net 2,95 €)
Big letter: 4,44 Euro (net 3,73 €)
Parcel (insured) 1 kg or heavier from 5,78 € (net 4,86 €)

Important note

Despite all caution damage can be caused during transport. in this case we will of course refund you the damged items free.

Please pay special attention to the following procedures:

Transport damage has to be reclaimed immediately at the delivery service upon receipt of the goods. Please inform us about the transport damages and if you want to return any of items either by e-mail, fax or phone before sending tghe goods back to us.
