For those plagued by moths there is now the solution: Trichogramma wasps! These tiny parasitic wasps put an end to the plague, as they are specifically looking for the eggs of food and clothes moths and parasitising these. Instead of moth larvae new parasitic wasps hatch from the parasitized eggs. Thus the development of a new generation of moths is prevented. But not only that, the use is completely safe for both humans and pets! No chemistry in the kitchen or in the nursery! If you are afraid to be stung by the little helpers or you fear to find thousands of wasps everywhere in the home, this is completely unfounded! One the one hand, the beneficial Trichogramma is not able to sting humans or animals and on the other hand they are so small (about 0.3 to 0.4 mm) that they look like a dark grain of sand and will never be noticed like a wasp. When the moths are gone the wasps will disappear on its own.

To interrupt the development cycle of the moths, three releases of parasitic wasps at intervals of three weeks are required. With each release one cardboard card per shelf with food of about 80 cm to 1 m is recommended. The cards are each fitted inside with of 3,000 parasitized wasps eggs. After a few days at room temperature, the Trichogramma gradually begin to hatch and start looking for the moth eggs. The cards are available in a mini-subscription, sent automatically every three weeks. Replace the ?old? cards by the new ones of the delivery and leave the wasps doing their job ...

When used in professional storage, shops, health food stores, etc., we recommend a continous release from mid-April to early October (the main flight of moths) combined with accompanying hygienic measures.
